The majority of her work has been with children, adolescents, families and couples. They work in collaboration with clients to identify solutions in order to resolve life hurdles such as divorce, depression, anxiety, school issues, peer problems, parenting, parent-child conflict and work stressors. Counseling provides an opportunity to explore and learn new skills to strengthen one’s inner core, relationships and life experiences. Through utilizing an eclectic approach with emphasis on interpersonal, cognitive behavioral and strengths-based practice, one can acquire tools to assist with creating healthier choices, lifestyle and productivity. All of the Bridge Consulting counselors assist adults, children and adolescents with developing skills to function at a level that promotes an increase in their emotional, mental and social well-being.
