I have over 10 years of experience working with children as young as 8 years old, adolescents, and young adults (18-25) in different direct and indirect settings. I have experience in many areas such as childhood trauma, ADHD, depression, stress, school issues, anxiety, anger management, physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, and behavioral challenges. I am trauma-informed. I know that one box does not fit all; therefore, I believe in approaching clients in a manner that caters to their own unique needs. I am experienced with different treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), person/client-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing. My goal is the provide you with a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself as well as learn and improve in areas you see fit.
