Working with me you should expect that I meet you where you are but challenge you to help you understand how you can overcome any challenge brought to therapy. I have a background working with address anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, couples/ teen/ family therapy, and working with athletes/managers/ business owners better perform. I support with developing coping, social, regulation, executive functioning skills. I am looking forward to meeting you where you are and taking you where you want to be! This could look like using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Techniques, DBT, Coaching, and Mindfulness approaches. It is an honor to be apart of your healing journey.
