In our Reformer Studio, TRIBE delivers coached, full-body workouts utilizing our custom-made, spring-loaded Reformers in our front studio. Our training studio features four barbell racks, 2 cable stacks, amazing sound, and ALL the equipment needed to coach you through our programmed classes!

In 2011, ad exec Alan Brown acquired Lab5 Fitness and saw the need for a re-brand to encourage stronger connection to the community, and to stay on-trend with the changing market and customers’ fitness goals. In collaboration with the current owners Ron and Kianna Moodey, Alan re-branded Lab5 to TRIBE Fitness and built a business that changed the game of reformer pilates to be strength-focused.

In 2022, Alan transferred ownership to Ron and Kianna Moodey. They have curated a team of quality coaches who tirelessly devote themselves to guiding and motivating people of all backgrounds to the lifelong benefits of regular, meaningful strength training.
