I am a birth and postpartum doula serving all types of families and birthing people in the Charlotte area. My path to this line of service was guided by a deeply held belief in intersectionality. As a Black, queer, childless woman I want to give others the encouragement to advocate for themselves and have the birthing and postpartum experience they dream of. Birth equity is only achievable when the entire person is acknowledged including their experiences within the racial and social areas of healthcare.
