In 2021, No Grease “Unlimited II” emerged at Concord Mills Mall, a testament to Delquavious Douglas’s remarkable progression with the company—from student to barber, manager, and now owner. Founded in 1997 by Buffalo natives Damian and Jermaine Johnson, alongside visionary owner Charlie Petty, No Grease, Inc. became the industry’s first black-owned franchise. With premium brand Knights of the Razor, No Grease barbershops are now located across multiple states. Through skilled and empowered barbers like Douglas, the proud No Grease legacy of excellence lives on.
