Determined to embrace my roots and preserve our family legacy, I delved into the art of Tej, also known as Honey Wine. Guided by my incredible mother, an exceptional Tej artisan, I honed my craft every step of the way, blending her traditional methods with a modern twist I acquired through my brewing experiences.
