Mama Mill was the grandmother of Donnovan, owner of Noble Group. Mama Mill was born in 1917. She passed into eternal peace in 2018 at the age of 101 and was laid to rest in Mount Hermon, Jamaica.
Our cooks utilize a mixture of culinary techniques, flavors, spices and influences from Jamaican culture, the Spanish, British, Africans, Indian and Chinese who have inhabited the island. The recipes are influenced by the crops and spices indigenous to Jamaica.
