She received her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Eastern Michigan University (2016) and a Masters’ degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University (2019). As a passionate scholar, Dai is currently in a business marketing doctoral program. In 2015, she founded Dai Baker Creative Group LLC, a digital marketing, branding, and public relations agency. In addition, Dai has been a part-time adjunct faculty member since the fall of 2019, allowing her to make a more significant impact on the next generation of scholars. In 2019, she ventured into social entrepreneurship with the launch of the Empowering Young Mothers LLC. The company hopes to create a safe, inclusive community for young mothers, a mentorship program, and the ability to connect the mothers to resources in their community.
