This practice taught me that when things change inside you, things change around you. Additionally, while attending Washington State University for my undergrad I got the opportunity to become a yoga instructor for UREC. Falling in love with not only teaching, but the philosophy and yogi lifestyle fueled me to follow this passion by earning my 200 hour Hatha yoga teacher training certificate through Yoga Alliance. In hope of providing affordable inclusive yoga to all, in which Royalee Me was founded.
