D2I Fitness specializes in strength and conditioning, pre and postnatal exercise, fat loss and nutrition coaching. All our programs have a client support and adherence plan attached. My level of support and commitment to my clients goes beyond the gym to keep you consistent to reach your goals.

D2I Fitness means Dare 2 Inspire Fitness. My business started due to my love for fitness, through my own fitness journey. I lost over 70lbs after having my son. I did this by eating healthy and exercising. I felt strong, physically and mentally. I wanted others to feel inspired and empowered as well. Through my love of fitness, education and commitment to inspiring the world, I decided to start D2I Fitness. A place where when it comes to fitness you never have to do it alone.
