Compfit personal training owner Eric Wilson has over 35 years of experience providing effective one on one and small group fitness sessions (4 or less). His exercise system provides each client the optimal workout, while maintaining the new social distancing guidelines. Choose from 1 to 3 times per week and create your own small group of family or friends and start today.
