My ideal client is someone who is seeking counseling for experiencing anxiety/depressions, or for their substance use, or is court mandated because of substance use, or is impacted by substance use or an addiction. The client has a desire to learn or want something to change. I can provide support and guidance in a safe, non-judgemental environment to address their immediate need as they go through a process of discovery and healing. My background and experience is in substance abuse. I provide a safe and therapeutic space both in person and online so you can choose how your recovery can work for you I provide services for clients of all age groups and diverse backgrounds. Although we all have different puzzles in our life we are trying to overcome I believe we all have the capability and inner strength to process and work through those experiences.
