Our method unites the modern Nashville food truck scene with old West Tennessee tradition, or as we like to say it we are “Nashville Bred, Memphis Approved”.
A native of West Tennessee Slim was raised in a BBQ family. SmoQe Signals BBQ began as a hobby and past time that quickly grew into a concession stand. In 2015 we decided to purchase a Food Truck and the rest is history. We have recently expanded to a new location in East Nashville Tennessee (Inglewood) 3208B Gallatin Pike
