Shanna is a Licensed Associate Counselor with experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults trying to figure out life, navigating change, and adverse situations. Her goal is to harmoniously collaborate and support individuals in living authentically, increasing self-awareness, focusing on solutions, balancing life in social settings, personal experiences, core beliefs, and their influence on our daily mental and emotional states, behaviors, and actions. Shanna utilizes cognitive and dialectal behavior strategies to blend traditional clinical practices with natural holistic practices because they both play an essential role in living healthy balanced lives. Shanna is affable and understands there is no “one size fits all” approach. Her goal is to understand the individual and their goals to navigate life. Shanna feels it is very important for her clients to be seen and heard and leave a session with the hope that life can be and will be satisfying, balanced, and transformed.
