Sensual Steam offers an ancient practice called Yoni (women) or Lingam (men) steaming. During your 30-minute session, you will sit on a seat over a pot with herbs and water, which creates an aromatic warm steam. I have 10 herb blends available to choose from. All herbs are blended in-house.

Sensual Steam was established in 2023. We offer an ancient practice using fresh herbs and water to create a warm and relaxing steaming experience. You sit on a seat with an opening in the center where herbs and water are kept at a comfortable temperature. After losing my ability to have more children at age 30, I sought other holistic approaches to addressing everyday issues. Sensual Steam is a warm and tranquil sanctuary that allows you to reconnect with your mind, body, and soul.
