Rising Sun Distillery is a Farm to Bottle Craft Distillery. Rising Sun uses Colorado produce like Pueblo grown Mira Sol Chiles, Lavender and Peaches from the Western Slope and Grains grown in Eastern Colorado. To produce Both traditional and Farmers Market inspired spirits. Come try our Award winning Whiskey, Vodka, Brandy and Liqueurs.

Coming from a long history of bootleggers and moonshiners Dawn and Sol decided to follow in their family footsteps and build a distillery. In 2015 Rising Sun Distillery opened its doors making Vodka and Gin. Since then the distillery has evolved to include an award winning portfolio of unique, quality, organic spirits. We could have taken the easy road, but instead devoted our craft to sourcing the highest quality ingredients, becoming certified organic, using the best water and crafting very special products that are firmly rooted in the New American West.
