Radical Rabbit was founded in 2018 by owner Mariah Ragland, a single mom who loves to cook in Nashville, TN, two years after graduating from Fisk University. Mariah started the business humbly by selling plates out of her apartment building in Nashville. The business got so popular that Mariah got her business license in March 2018 and started doing business professionally through a commissary kitchen.
Today, people can find Rad Rab around town at Richland Park Farmer’s Markets every Saturday morning, through hot food pop-ups, catering, in local shops through wholesale, and by ordering delivery through MarketWagon or getting a free plate at the Community Fridge every Thursday.
