Onyx Athletics is located in New England providing online training services across the country, as well as, in-person training services at the Elite Sports Academy in Epsom, NH and the Athletic Instinct Gym in Rochester, NH. Our services range from online programs to private group or solo training sessions, to small group classes, to nutrition guidance, to healthy habit building, and much more. No matter what your goals are or your level of fitness, we will help you reach them.
