I have experience working with individuals dealing with addictions and recovery, depression, stress, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self esteem, grief, anger management, self harming issues, and borderline personality disorder. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I use a person-centered approach with an emphasis on being mindful and solution focused.
