Born and riased in Atlanta Georgia, I graduated from the University of Louisville in 2020. In 2021, I went to play for the Kansas City Chiefs. I then finished my career in 2022 in the CFL with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. I’ve always had the opportunity to be around the tools to help me reach my full potential. I want to offer every piece of information I’ve obtained on my journey to other people of all ages today.
Being an athlete since the age of six I have a lot of experience and knowledge about the body. As I got older I realized the power of movement, big or small. I want to use my knowledge and help people become the healthiest version of themselves
