I believe that therapy works best when the client and therapist work together to create trust and comfort so that positive change is possible. I strive to provide a judgment-free space for you to safely connect and gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and actions. My therapeutic style is warm and reflective. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities with a focus on Cognitive Therapy (CBT), using a strengths and empowerment based approach.
