Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California, with over 10 years’ experience working with individuals and groups. I specialize in assisting those struggling with Family conflict, Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Low Self-esteem, Mood Disorders and Emotional/Psychological Abuse. I provide individual and family therapy to adults, adolescents, and children. I utilize evidence based interventions including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for individuals to learn how to counter negative thoughts, regulate emotions, tolerate moments of distress, communicate effectively, and mindfully stay within the present moment. My ideal client would like to learn these skills in order to manifest their ideal life and be the best version of themselves.
