Hey there! My name is Emem and I’m someone who loves Jesus and has a genuine passion for all things Hospitality. Back in January 2024, during my last semester of college, I launched Hors D’Bites from my dorm room—a dream I’d been holding onto for years.

A little bit about my journey—I’ve always been a foodie, with a love for cooking, and for the longest time, I thought about turning that passion into something more, but I was too afraid of what others might think. I let their opinions overshadow what I knew God was calling me to do.

By God’s grace, I broke free from that fear and finally took that step. Starting Hors D’Bites was a huge step of faith, and I’m so grateful to have this opportunity and to share my unique dishes with everyone!
