I have experience as a behavioral health clinician and a NICU social worker. I have worked with a variety of different age groups ranging from children as young as 4-years old to adults 65 and older. Through my experience I have found that I love working with the adult population. I work with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and unexpected life events. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution focused therapy in services because I believe there is importance in finding the positive in every situation and no matter what toss and turns life hands you it is important that you remain in the driver’s seat and you maintain control. If you are seeking therapeutic services you are already on the right path. Allow me to help you while we walk on this journey together. I am available evenings and weekends, and I see clients throughout the state of Arizona via Telehealth.
