Healing Is Work Coaching was founded in 2022 with a clear mission: to help women heal, set boundaries, and reclaim their power after experiencing toxic relationships and burnout. Born from the founder’s personal journey of surviving narcissistic abuse, the coaching service grew from a deep desire to empower others to overcome similar struggles. What began as one-on-one coaching quickly expanded to include public speaking engagements and Dance With Yamz, a weekly virtual dance event aimed at stress relief and building community through movement. Healing is truly the work, and we’re here to support you on that journey every step of the way!
