Your trainer is a licensed clinical therapist, (LCSW), certified personal trainer, and a USA certified boxer, Not only does Every-Bodies-Fitness, (EBF) provide evidence-based mental health therapies with your boxing & fitness workout… you will receive tailored sessions to match your physical ability. After time and commitment you will notice the enhancement of your workout routines along with the improvement to self!

We will also guide you in the practice of mindfulness, breathing and acknowledgment during your workout. These techniques will help you remain grounded and aware of your physical and mental health activity throughout your day.

Private Gym sessions, (Warwick) are available, as well as virtual and office visits, (Providence) for clients not ready to for the gym at this point of their journey! No judgement ever!!

Every-Bodies-Fitness, Inc. (EBF) started as a non-profit, (501c3) in 2019 providing free boxing, fitness, and high-end personal training programs on Saturdays for LGBTQ+ youth.

Due to the hardships of Covid-19 and the expansion of mental health needs, (EBF) has transitioned into a private practice that combines evidence-based therapies with boxing & fitness to help improve mental and physical health of their clients.

We are proud to provide mental health. boxing, and fitness services for adolescents (14-25), and adults by way of inclusiveness, and diversity which upholds the EBF’s mission statement. We provide services to LGBTQ+, and allies by promoting equity, diversity, and mental wellness with personal training, boxing, and fitness.
