Elliment Restaurant & Lounge started as a dream to share my culture and bring the warmth of the Island to Louisville. It was founded out of a need to support My nonprofit Sylvia’s Hope in provided meals for the unsheltered and less fortunate. The name was inspired by my partner (Elli), who have been the wings beneath my wings. Located at the vibrant corner of Broadway and South 3rd Street in Louisville, Kentucky, Elliment Restaurant & Lounge offers an authentic taste of Jamaica in a welcoming and lively atmosphere.
