Dr. Heard is a native of Detroit, Michigan. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in 2002. She completed her training in obstetrics and gynecology at Hurley Medical Center, a division of Michigan State University, in Flint, Michigan, in 2006.
Dr. Heard is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
In 2008, she decided to move from the cold winters in Michigan and join her new family at Glendale OBGYN. Her interests include providing care to pregnant patients, preventative care and education, and community outreach.
Outside of the office, Dr. Heard’s hobbies include spending quality time with her family, exercising, cooking, traveling, and reading.
She looks forward to welcoming new and returning patients to Glendale Obstetrics and Gynecology, PC
