DEFI Fitness was founded in 2013 by Certified Personal Trainer, Daniel Lyle. In January of 2017, Daniel began independent contracting through Body Masters Fit Club in Omaha, Ne under the alias Body By Lyle Fitness. In August, Daniel suffered a knee injury that sidelined him from operating as a trainer for a few months. Since his injury, Daniel focused on rebuilding his training business to make it more valuable to his clients and community. Because of this, DEFI Fitness is now D. Lyle Fitness, Strength and Conditioning Training.
