As a Christian Counselor in difficult times, I know that many of us come from cultural backgrounds that don’t believe in therapy. Guess what? That includes me. As both a therapist and a client, I know firsthand that therapy works. It’s not always easy to admit that we’re struggling, let alone take the step to seek help. And let’s be honest—sometimes, we don’t even have the support we need to keep going once we do start. I want you to know this: It is okay. YOU matter. In order to accommodate adolescents and working adults, I have evening hours available. In addition, I welcome all populations to include LGBTQIA+ and Substance Abuse. Therapy is about more than just talking—it’s about healing, breaking cycles, and reclaiming your power. Let’s break these generational curses, y’all! I’m here to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can grow into the best version of yourself. Let’s do this together!
