Thank you for considering me as a partner in your healing process. I often work with people in transition related to their relationships, identities, careers, or values. This can look like navigating personal freedom and closeness in relationships, healing from early emotional abandonment, betrayal, or ruptures from caregivers, experiencing somatic symptoms, such as, but not limited to, freeze, numbness, chronic tension, disembodiment, or struggling to find belonging in environments that don’t reflect your values. I find myself working with people whose goal is learning to stay in connection during discomfort. My practice is forged in the therapeutic relationship. I believe we each have our own intelligences and strengths that nurture our inner capacity for healing and well-being. I offer presence to help deepen this capacity at your pace, while integrating approaches to create more room for your nervous system to find what it needs, moment to moment. My therapeutic work is dynamic and continuously evolving, reflecting a commitment to integrate my journey with where we meet on yours. Like me, my profile will continue to change and grow. If what you’ve read resonates and it feels like we might be a good fit, I offer a consultation so we can get a sense of that together.
