Beauty by Reign is a small business owned by Randi Nicole. We offer most hair services as well as lash services. I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2017, but that is not where my hair journey started. I’ve been doing hair since I was a child, and have always been passionate about hair and helping others.
