I was a teacher that loved to eat. One July 4th I got stuck watching BBQ Pitmasters. Afterwards I asked myself it it tastes as good as it looked. Went to Kroger, bought 2 slabs, some wood amd went to work. Started experimenting. Experimenting transitioned to me loving it, and giving out samples. From samples to plates, and from plates off of my deck to what’s now a thriving Food Truck.
