ATL Wings (Queen Creek)

Very warm, very warm inside. Food isn't really that good anymore

Don’t even want to write this review because the experience here makes me loose brain cells. Ordered $70 worth of wings for a party 3 hours in advance. Showed up at the designated time for pickup and they couldn’t be bothered to check on the status of my order. Eventually someone said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Fast forward 45 minutes later and there are 7 people who walked in throughout that time and nobody has taken their order. The cashier would just randomly disappeared for long durations of time and was extremely unhelpful. Every order that came out in that time had something wrong with it. Eventually I get my order and instead of checking it like I should have I assumed that the restaurant had actually done their job and left for the party. Upon arriving I discovered that my wings had zero sauce and were cold and soggy. $70 for cold chicken nuggets was awesome. Frankly the Fry’s brand chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce would have topped these any day. Don’t go here they just take your money and give you a crummy product in return.

I placed an online order today, July 4, and my payment was processed without any issues. When I arrived to pick up my order, I found that the store was closed. If the store was not open for pickup, the website should not have accepted my order or should have clearly indicated that the location was closed before I completed my purchase. I would appreciate an update on my order status and information on when it will be available for pickup, or a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled. Thank you.

Greasy , burnt , gross food. And the restaurant smells disgusting. Change the grease more often and clean those floors it should smell good when u walk in not like grease from 10 years ago
