Alyse believes that every client is different and everyone has a unique experience in some way. In acknowledging this sentiment she allows clients to be the expert in their story and guide their therapy sessions with her. Using a systems approach Alyse aims to ensure her clients feel heard, understood, and empowered through their involvement in their own care. Upon working with Alyse, clients have shared that she has created safe spaces for them, even when they weren’t open to therapy in the first place.
