Healing is not just about alleviating symptoms; it’s about reclaiming one’s narrative, newfound resilience, improved self-esteem, and healthier coping mechanisms. I utilize an integrative approach; I use EMDR to help clients process unresolved painful experiences and emotional distress, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and psychodynamic therapy to explore the impact of past experiences on current behaviors.
