My passion includes helping with issues related to LGBTQ+, marital and premarital, anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief, abuse and depression in all age groups. I also work with those suffering from eating disorders, dissociative disorders, impulse control, and personality, and thinking disorders. I enjoy helping clients learn coping skills, how to deal with school or work stress, and improving peer and intimate relationships. So whether you need life coaching, self-esteem building, guidance through life transitions or just a friendly face on your side, I’d love to meet you and help with your next breakthrough!
