Vita Fortis Health is led by Tyree Smith. AGACNP-BC, a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a clinical background spanning critical care, emergency medicine, long term care, oncology, and wound care. His experience includes working in high acuity hospital settings, trauma centers, and complex care environments where precision, efficiency, and evidence based medicine are essential.
Through years of caring for patients, Tyree recognized that many individuals, especially shift workers, professionals, and active adults, struggle to access healthcare that fits their schedules and lifestyle.
