I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 10 min grace period is given. After 10 minutes, the appointment is canceled and considered a no-show and charged the fee. Extra guests must be pre-approved. All nail and lash fixes must be communicated within 48 hours of the appointment. A fee may apply for fixes outside this window.
