I have over decade years of experience providing therapy to individuals and families of different age groups ( children, adolescents, adults) with ongoing challenges(behavior challenges in school, anxiety, depression, anger, family dysfunctions). These patients want to make their conditions better through professional support. I provide professional counseling( person center and evidence based ) via telehealth and in person. Challenges patients bring to this professional relationship are addressed through professional therapy. Firstly, we build a therapeutic relationship that will make patients comfortable. It can be challenging to approach those life challenges that bring discomfort. Making changes can be risky but I encourage you to see changes as opening new doors of opportunity. Growth is outside the comfort zone. I look forward to the professional journey.
