Hello, my name is Elizabeth. I’m an independently licensed therapist.
Life can bring unexpected challenges, and our usual coping mechanisms may not always be effective. This doesn’t signify defeat; it simply means we need to explore.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to work on themselves through personal reflection and desire to make change. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with life challenges, including anxiety, depression, identity exploration, self esteem, and life transitions. My aim is to help you to gain new insights and tools from each session we have together. In our initial sessions, my focus will be on building a strong therapeutic relationship with you, understanding what you hope to achieve through therapy, and understanding what your current coping skills are. I will also integratge new coping skills to help you. I believe that through focused effort, we can regulate our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to lead more fulfilling lives.
