My specialties are working with those who are dealing with: Depression and Mood Disorders, Black Women’s Mental Health Issues, and Life Coaching and Personal Growth. I’m here to give you a space to be real, share your story, and tackle life’s challenges. Our sessions are designed to meet you where you are, and they move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I encourage my clients to be honest, open-minded, and willing to challenge past negative views in order to step into a healthier, more positive way of thinking.
