With over 40 years of combined experience in the food industry. Skyview22 was born when we lost our son in 2014. My love for cooking grew because it became my outlet. In 2017, we set up a tent at Charlotte Regional Farmers Market and started selling our specialty salads. Fast forward to 2018, we decided to open up our own food truck and we have been here ever since. We are excited to let our customers know that our storefront grand opening will be completed in 2023!
