After graduating Culinary Institute of America Chef Nicola spent a few years honing her skills as a private chef. Chef Nicola adore making food to every order. This may take awhile however it’s a fair trade for a perfectly made dish just for you. Our Oxtails, and Goat a braised over 12 hours and our Chicken, and Pork are brined for over 48 hours. We have a limited supply on protein but it’s what sets us apart.
After serving 10 years Army with 4 deployments earning a Combat Action badge Chef Nicola traded her boots for nonslip kitchen shoes and hit restart at World Renowned Culinary Institute of America. Shortly after graduation she opened a catering business “Chef Nicola Blaque” then opened The Jerk Shack May 11 2018. Since then it’s been sale out crowds serving up great food from her home town in Jamaica.
