Ima (pronounced ee-ma) has been serving Detroit-style noodles since 2015. Udon noodles served in deeply flavorful pork-free broths, with an abundance of fresh vegetables and an array of unique garnishes remain a customer favorite alongside an large menu of signature ramen and noodle soups. Housemade dumplings, rice bowls and a large selection of shareable plates, such as spicy Ahi Tuna and fried chicken bites are found alongside a curated list of beer, wine cocktails and sake. Vegan and gluten free options are clearly labeled on the menu. With locations in Madison Heights and Midtown, Ima earned the tile of ‘Restaurant of the Year’ in 2019 by the ‘Detroit Free Press.’
