Paisley studied under several of Memphis’ elite chefs until making the move to California. Chef Paisley started her career as a Pastry Chef after her time as Savory Chef at Bouchon in Beverly Hills.Beyond LA, Paisley ventured into more adventurous waters by moving to Dubai, UAE and became Food and Beverage Directeur for Emirates Airlines First Class. Once returning stateside, she decided to dive deep into the Pastry Arts and became Executive Pastry Chef in the heart of Downtown Chicago at 3 very established restaurant groups.   In 2020, when Covid-19 erupted— Paisley to take a hiatus to combine her love for food with lifestyle in the Phoenix Valley and thus The Puff Confectionery was born. She now simultaneously runs her bakery as well as her consulting service DJour and Co. Chef Paisley would like to share her experience and fulfillment of her passion and career with you all.
