The company was founded in 2002 as Cary King Design. Back then, CKD provided only graphic and web design services. Five years later CKD was rebranded to Red Carrot Design Inc after husband and wife Cary and Jill King became co-owners. Red Carrot Design Inc recently expanded their business to Phoenix, Arizona in 2019, delivering the same professional design services.Meet the Business OwnerBusiness owner informationCary K.Business OwnerCary M. King uses his passion for problem-solving to create compelling design solutions that build and elevate brands. Cary’s approach to idea generation, combined with his expertise in visual design, marketing, and graphic production, results in high-impact creative across mediums, including digital, print, and web. As a creative consultant, he facilitated with small businesses within the healthcare industry to achieve their marketing and business objectives. Cary began his career in Anchorage, Alaska as a designer and senior art director working on high profile accounts with local advertising agencies. He launched his own design business in 2002 and later merged with the talented Jill King to form one dynamic design studio, now known as Red Carrot Design, Inc. Cary’s creative contributions extend to his long-standing leadership and was integral in founding AIGA’s Alaska chapter. Cary holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
