I am a Licensed Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapist. My passion is helping clients become the best version of themselves. I have been in the behavioral health field for 10 years in therapy and case management roles, and I have found that you know what works for you; I am here to support you in expanding what else is needed to help build those relationships into positive supports and a peaceful rewarding life; not just manageable. I specialize in relationship conflict, sex and sexuality, Intimacy, attachment issues, somatic therapy, EMDR, and couples and families that struggle with issues related to sexually and transitions in life.
