Celebrating Trinidad’s multi-ethnic population, Michelin Bib Gourmand Cane delivers a modern take on the Caribbean nation’s most popular street foods, like doubles and paratha. Guests can also enjoy rum from around the Caribbean as well as rum-inspired cocktails. Restaurant is peanut free.
